Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 May 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of Qlarity, a product operated by Orbital Softworks Pte. Ltd. (“Orbital Softworks”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. What Qlarity is
Qlarity is a guided reflection and discernment platform operated by Orbital Softworks Pte. Ltd. It helps users understand identity patterns, life-domain tensions, and areas of alignment through structured inputs and generated reflections.
Qlarity is not medical care, mental health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, professional support, or crisis support.
2. Eligibility and account use
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for maintaining access to your own account. You may not use Qlarity to impersonate another person, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access to any account, system, or data.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Qlarity to:
- violate any law or regulation,
- abuse, disrupt, or interfere with the platform,
- attempt to reverse engineer or misuse protected systems,
- submit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading information, or
- use generated outputs as a substitute for qualified professional advice.
4. Generated content, AI, and service limitations
Qlarity provides structured interpretive outputs based on the information you provide. Some Qlarity outputs are generated or assisted by AI model providers. Qlarity currently uses OpenAI for AI-assisted generation and may use additional or alternative AI model providers in the future.
While we aim for usefulness and consistency, generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, imperfect, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for how you interpret and apply any output from the service.
Qlarity may change the underlying model provider, model version, prompt configuration, validation logic, or generation pipeline over time. Existing saved reports remain point-in-time snapshots and are not automatically rewritten when the system changes.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Some parts of Qlarity are available only on a paid plan. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew according to the billing terms shown at checkout unless canceled.
If you cancel, access may continue until the end of the current billing period. Pricing, plan limits, and included features may change over time, but changes will apply prospectively rather than retroactively.
If your account is finalized for deletion or anonymization, Qlarity may cancel the associated subscription where subscription information is available. Stripe may retain billing records according to its own legal and operational obligations.
6. Free and paid access
Qlarity may offer both free and paid access tiers. Features, reflection limits, and domain access may differ by plan. Access is subject to the current plan rules presented in the product at the time of use.
7. Account deletion, cancellation window, and anonymization
You may request account deletion from your account settings. When you do, Qlarity pauses protected app access and marks the account as deletion requested.
Qlarity provides a 7-day cancellation window. During that window, you may cancel the request from the account-unavailable page while signed in.
If the request is not canceled, final anonymization is handled as an operational process. Final anonymization may remove product data, saved report snapshots, report PDF storage objects, authentication records, and subscription records where applicable, while retaining limited audit, billing, security, legal, or support records where needed.
After anonymization, your original email and identifying account fields should no longer remain attached to the active account record. Qlarity may retain an anonymized tombstone record and account lifecycle audit records.
8. Intellectual property
Qlarity, including its product design, software, branding, and generated presentation formats, remains the property of Orbital Softworks Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. You may use your own outputs for personal use, but you may not copy, resell, republish, or exploit the service itself except where applicable law permits.
9. Privacy
Your use of Qlarity is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, protect, retain, and handle account data, generated artifacts, billing-related information, cookies, browser storage, analytics data, AI-provider processing, application hosting and rendering, and service-provider processing.
Read it here: Privacy Policy
10. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, misused the service, or created risk to the platform or other users.
If an account is suspended, deletion requested, or anonymized, protected app access may be unavailable even if authentication is still technically possible.
11. Disclaimer
Qlarity is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for any particular purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qlarity will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
14. Contact
If you have questions about these terms, use the support details made available in Qlarity. For privacy or data protection matters, use the privacy request form.
